The ZCC1005 is a high voltage, non-synchronous
% L- V; e/ d+ y# @' Nstep-down converter operates over a wide range

9V to 100V. The ZCC1005
integrates a 100-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
The ZCC1005 delivers 1.5A continuous load
current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1005

with built-in compensation eliminates the need for
$ H8 k5 h: I6 @/ J: `1 W, H. Kexternal components.

Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the
