The ZC8641 step-down regulator features Silent Switcher a
% O" z: `' {# Trchitecture designed to minimize EMI emissions while d
elivering high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. A
ssembled in a 3mm × 4mm QFN, the monolithic con-st
ruction with integrated power switches and inclusion of all
necessary circuitry yields a solution with a minimal PCB fo
otprint. An ultralow 2.5µA quiescent current—with the o
9 J9 K( i& d' r% hutput in full regulation—enables applications requiring h
ighest efficiency at very small load currents. Transient r
esponse remains excellent and output voltage ripple is
below 10mVP-P at any load, from zero to full current.
The Z C 8641 allows high VIN to low VOUT conversion
& A) N; O5 V, l( T* a! wat high frequency with a fast minimum top switch on-t
( ^4 P3 M7 B- F0 jime of 35ns. Operation is safe in overload even with a
saturated inductor.

drain PG pin signals when the output is in regulation.
