IBIS模型中封装信息的问题，求解!

我在XILINX官网上下载了Virtex5的IBIS模型，但是解压以后发现.ibs和.pkg文件是分开的，请问.pkg文件怎么使用？我的意思是.ibs文件在转成.dml文件时，.pkg文件怎么加进来？像FPGA之类的芯片都是这样的，.ibs文件中不包含封装package信息的。

IBIS spec 5.1里有介绍
