当MC34063内部的开关管断开时，电流经电感L4和二极管给输出电容充电，同时给负载供电。
当MC34063内部的开关管导通时，二极管截止，负载靠输出电容供电。

在这个电路中，二极管起到稳压作用，一般升压电路的负载能力不是很大。

续流用的，开关和电感同时作用，
With the PFET on, the input supply charges COUT and
supplies current to the load via the series path through the
PFET and the inductor. Current through the Inductor ramps
up linearly and the output voltage increases. As the FB voltage
reaches the upper threshold, which is the internal reference
voltage plus 10mV, the output of the comparator
changes from low to high, and the PGATE responds by turning
the PFET off. As the PFET turns off, the inductor voltage
reverses, the catch diode turns on, and the current through
the inductor ramps down. Then, as the output voltage reaches
the internal reference voltage again, the next cycle starts

U6，1脚拉电流的时候L4蓄能（激磁），D17反偏。U6,1脚断流的时候D17正偏导通，电源电压和L4的自感电势（先前的激磁能量）相加向D17续流，并向C充电（蓄能升压电容，在D17反偏时提供能量）和负载供电。升压的能量就是电源电压和L4激磁的时间及自身电感量。

VCC上接的电感它应该是滤波用的;
2级管是防止电流倒灌，就是MOS管关断的时候，保证二极管后面的电容流向是负载，而不是电源内阻

楼上的见解没有错，确实不是续流的作用，一般续流是二极管是接在电感的输入端然后一段接地，这样的接法只是防止电流逆向

严谨的讲二极管的作用是“平滑”。电感是储能的作用。
