Installing cadence SPB / orcad 16.3
0 _3 X/ u6 T( L3 R1. Install the license server
* Z$ N4 @* I( m+ E2. Overwrite the file in the installation folder cdslmd.exe license manager on the tablet attached to8 D, w5 c9 X! d
3. Create an environment variable with the value CDS_LIC_FILE this_host @ 5280. this_host replaced by the name of your machine (My computer-> properties-> advanced-> enviromnent variables)
! D5 |! {! w* S4. Edit the first line in the file license163.lic - replace this_host the real name of your computer6 |5 z4 K- x" q1 N4 e- K/ X
5. LicenseServerConfiguration.exe run from your license manager (LicenseManager)
' c: H' h( u9 r# c7 M0 f& i/ G. Q6. In the Select license, select the edited file license163.lic0 K$ d+ n0 h3 z# {: I7 k( o
7. Click Next
& T) w& b4 L+ X, s8. In the editing window, check the Port number 5280
+ A7 d k. U5 `, D9 h3 o9. In the editing window Host Name check your machine's hostname (computer name)3 Z6 ~! B8 y: T
10. Click Next

12. Click Finish

14. Set Cadence SPB / OrCAD 16.39 Q! H: Y* l w/ {
15. Copy files from ... Aspirinpatch in the installation directory- K; H, s; R8 z0 e
16. Start RunMe!. Bat+ ~( `6 D2 i5 x( |- d7 j
17. Wait4 A% j" U$ q2 |( {1 K% `
18. Wait a while longer
