后仿真求助

小弟用cadence的PCB SI做一个XNET后仿真时，查看波形的时候总是出现错误：
*Error* fpUnitsStringToReal: argument #2 should be a string (type template = "ttg") - nil
' n& N& M; c% P  b0 m我GOOGLE了一下，在那里有个解决方案：
7 E4 ]  u5 c0 F6 K) GTo resolve this issue, edit mcmat.dat, SILICON_NITRIDE,adding the missing value of
"6.0" for DIELECTRIC, as shown below.

我但是我的mcmat.dat文件里，设置的DIELECTRIC本来就是6.0.

请问这个问题出在哪里啊  谢谢指教。。。
