The ZCC1001E is a high voltage, non-synchronous
step-down converter operates over a wide range
0 U9 T) Y5 ?# W' i$ ?input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E
$ s3 s, @6 l5 D  ~) Mintegrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
The ZCC1001E delivers 1A continuous load
current with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001E
0 @' l( Q  v; V+ [- ^7 aoperates with fixed frequency peak current control
with built-in compensation eliminates the need for
external components.
Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET
protects the converter in an overload condition.
Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the over
current condition has persisted for longer than the
present time.
- T7 r6 p" e6 U" RThe ZCC1001E exhibits protection features that
protect the load from faults like under-voltage,
over-current and over-temperature.
The ZCC1001E is available in an ESOP-8 package.
