    a four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
    5 w' j% j5 Q; T5 i( \ZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a* l# `% K1 O; O# h
    resolution of 1°C.
    & j+ C( W: d  I  ]% O5 e: TThe ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
    & y, r* S0 ^, m: ]2 A6 ?6 T7 Xcompatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In: {- l/ \1 S% r6 i* f/ y- H! W
    addition, the interface supports multiple device0 O9 [% E, J7 p
    access (MDA) commands that allow the master to
    % s% _& t6 y# M0 W% v, Acommunicate with multiple devices on the bus
    " U% q$ t- x) ^$ u& r8 b, S: X9 Ysimultaneously, eliminating the need to send7 W8 z/ C. F, B0 j! f: f) b; Z
    individual commands to each ZCC103 on the bus.
    " k% v6 e! T2 {. v/ r( L. F" rUp to eight ZCC103s can be tied together in parallel
    ! \6 b5 K6 G& ?, ]5 r5 ?and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is  N. }: T8 u% C' ?9 Y! k6 C2 g
    especially suitable for space-constrained, power-& a9 N# G) z0 H3 ~, @% t- k1 _
    sensitive applications with multiple temperature
