The ZCC1001E is a high voltage, non-synchronous
, T9 R, U5 N% L4 lstep-down converter operates over a wide range
input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1001E
, x; G9 c& p7 y0 s! }6 pintegrates a 120-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
9 l, }1 b( t. h* L1 \: NThe ZCC1001E delivers 1A continuous load
3 j7 s  t% S9 Y1 I- z0 P  ?7 ocurrent with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1001E
9 o4 c& C4 x* x4 yoperates with fixed frequency peak current control
4 h* d: |/ `1 W9 O( w4 Vwith built-in compensation eliminates the need for
external components.
* `- @5 a, b. \6 h) ?Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET
protects the converter in an overload condition.
Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the over
