The ZCC103 is a digital output temperature sensor in
% Q) B  C9 |( w2 ha four-ball wafer chip-scale package (WCSP). The
* B& Y) B$ y: c3 rZCC103 is capable of reading temperatures to a
resolution of 1°C.
5 M" b0 X* T8 J& SThe ZCC103 features a two-wire interface that is
compatible with both I2C and SMBus interfaces. In
& i' z: a$ d. M) U: }( Yaddition, the interface supports multiple device

and easily read by the host. The ZCC103 is
especially suitable for space-constrained, power-

The ZCC103 is specified for operation over a
temperature range of –40°C to 125°C
