The ZCC1005 is a high voltage, non-synchronous

input voltage

integrates a 100-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.
5 u9 W4 X7 F$ p, w0 MThe ZCC1005 delivers 1.5A continuous load
1 k  l7 Z/ Z6 R/ Bcurrent with up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1005
operates with fixed frequency peak current control
