The ICA capability is at end of life, so access to it may be variable.

: X+ x$ M) |7 N# ^8 D/ CYou don't have a library named discrete configured through Place > Part, Add Library or [Part Library Directories] section in the Capture.ini file, that contains a graphical symbol named R.
