各位大侠好，有空的附件帮忙点评一下呗。我有个问题，为什么同个板子，两个人花的，容量差那么多，是不是我少了其中以个很重要的步骤。谢谢！！

名师出高徒，既然是PCB评审，有几点不明白，能否指点下，
1，串始并末，能否详细讲下，或者给个链接，学习下。本人菜鸟，百度谷歌不出来。
2，3W走线应该在什么样的条件下考虑这样走线？
